Data we collect
We collect the minimum data needed to run the platform: the account details you provide when you register, newsletter subscriptions you opt into, content you choose to post such as forum threads or a member profile, and privacy-respecting analytics about how pages are used.
Learning progress - which lessons you have completed and your quiz results - is stored against your account so a path can be resumed. Payment details are handled by our payment providers and are never stored on our servers.
We do not sell personal data.
How we use data
To provide and improve the service, to send communications you have requested, to process purchases, and to keep the platform secure.
Your rights
Depending on your location you may have rights to access, correct, export, or delete your data. Contact us to exercise them and we will respond within the period your local law requires.
